Erase Negativity

Speak nice about others. We just don't praise each other enugh.
Praise yourself for a good job you've done.
Hel
others
Avoid ideal gossip of friends
if you're looking for the bad in life you'll find it

Spread the love

Iportion and The Big Smog

Iportion and The Big Smog

Smog is like a giant cigarette that instead of being filled with tobacco it is filled with substances like coal, gas, hairspray, and oil aka nitrogen oxide, carbine monoxide, sulfur dioxide, organic gasses, aerosols, and heavy metals.
Smog irritates Asthma and other people with lung problems
Smog is a contributor to our struggles with food we walk less and eat less fresh foods
People with Autism have sensory issues which are worsen by smog and smoking.
Global warming.
Reducing smog reduces the cost of gas. This will work more than a one day boycott of gas because the gas stations will get your money the day before or after.

You might not think you have enough time to defeat smog. If enough people join in you can make a difference. You only have to pick the things on the list that you can actually do. It might be one thing it might six.

How can you fight smog?
1. Car pool or use a bus or subway.
2. Plant trees.
3. Plant a garden. Support and fund community gardens.
4. Use a hybrid car.
5. Use more solar and wind power.
6. Walk more.
7. Use a bike. I can't use a two wheel but I once owned a giant Trike.
8. Use saving gels that are not in a can.
9. Use florescent bulbs. They have low mercury content compared and reduce coal production which lesions heavy metal in the atmospheres.
10. Use less bottled water. Bottled water uses lots of gas to truck it in and most of the time it's filtered tap water.
11. Rooftop gardens have been known to reduce smog http://www.gardeners.com/Rooftop+Gardens/5283,default,pg.html?SC=
12. If you live close to your grocery store in a safe neighborhood you can use a red or wagon to carry groceries.
13. Reuse other people's stuff. Use thrift stores.
14. Use maps or GPS so you won't become lost and waste gas.
15. Use powdered milk to keep you from rushing to the store.
16. Use Netflix instant play to rent DVDS if you can before you buy. You might find it's a movie you only want to see once.
17. This will save gas going to the store to purchases and landfill space.

thank you

I usually blog when I have time in-between playing but I have had clean my blog lines account.
I will be posting less on others blogs. It takes me a long time to edit responses and I have other projects I want to do such as reduce smog, play with my kids and launch a free self help ebook site I've been working on since 2003. It is a side, side project.
I still will post little positive ideas.
My blog isn't as personal as others that I love reading. I just feel my family is my joy and their day to day activity is just not what I write about at this time.

Be thankful
Be thankful for your family
