Yeah a fit body takes a combination of good nutrition, aerobic conditioning, and cardio and core training.The diet plan plays an important role in any weight loss program.The first step in losing weight is simply to create a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit is when you eat fewer calories than you burn.The longer you follow the plan the lower your body fat becomes which enables your metabolism to speed up. The fat loss speeds up quickly once you get your metabolism going at a faster rate.
Sure it counts. Eating a huge snack could be good to spike your calorie intake and get the motabilism working again :)
