I am almost ay my happy weight. I don't know if I will continue talking about weight loss because my healthy weight and my BMI differ from each other. When I have a BMI 21 is actually more like under 18 and I get health problems reserved for women with eating disorder. I think I will talk sometimes, about healthy eating and fitness for every size.
