It seems if you wait long enough, things that use to be good for you, will be bad and things that were bad will be good. I just don't put much stock in most studies. I think over 90% of them are biased.
I believe medical studies can be helpful but you really can’t tell if a study has been done properly by a media article.
Most members of the media and I include myself in that do not know the signs that a study has been done improperly.
I usually have to ask a doctor to see if a study seems valid. I haven’t asked a doctor about this one.
