How is Everyone doing?
I feel like going back to bed and eating high calorie treats. I am not depressed just tired. I need to workout but I am getting so bored. I need something new and fun.

TiP: Food cravings can be controlled by low calories options. Craving chocolate? Eat a 40 cal FF fudge popicle or a 60 cal FF SF chocolate pudding. Craving salt? Eat 0 cal pickles or 97% fat free butter popcorn. I believe it's 15 cals for a cup.

Lack of sleep stimulates your urge to eat. The caloric intake keeps you awake, meanwhile it also makes you fat. Getting a good amount of rest every day is key to losing weight.

I like that tabacco bit.
I have a daughter who sleeps terribly as she is a night person so it takes her ages to go to sleep no matter what she does. Then she doesn't want to wake up in the morning. But she eats like a bird and is as skinny as a rake!

I had other stuff to say as well, but i'm distracted by that photo of Spider63 up there above where i'm writing. Darn i wish he'd change that photo! lol
