Lets Talk about You

Lets Talk about You
VH Melville
I’ve talked enough about me in the past few days. What is your story?

1. What are your problem arias?
2. What are ways you are turning things around for yourself?
3. Why do you want to get healthy. I am not saying thin. You can be thin an unhealthy.

I eat when i get annoyed or overwhelmed which i get often - weight watchers is helping me control that plus i'm just not as hungry these days i'm too busy!

2. What are ways you are turning things around for yourself?
Paying more attention to the whole me!
Loving me for who i am i'm really coming into my own and learning so much in the process of getting healthy. Its about so much more than losing a couple pounds.

3. Why do you want to get healthy. I am not saying thin. You can be thin an unhealthy.
I want to get healthy so ican really enjoy life and i want babies in a couple years and i want to be a healthy happy mom for them!

IPORTION, Thanks for the compliment. You seem to have a knack for reaching people where they are at the right time. 1. I just got off of my pity-pot and had a written list of 20 problems that seemed to be unsolveable, heart wrenching, and annoying. Too many to mention, trust me they are valid enigmas! 2. I always make my lists on everything for evaluations and clarifications. I pray God gives me insite to see things clearly, boldness to change the things I can, and knowledge to attempt the doable ones at the right time and in the right way. 3. My (late) quest for being healthy all stems from the fact that there is much to do to wrap up loose ends and get ready for my journey homebound.
I hope I didn't sound like whining, that isn't the tune I was singing. It was before my list, but you change your tune when you see it on paper and put things in perspective. Bless all.

No it didn’t sound like whining at all. I’m very good at whining by the way. HopeI am not overstepping myself. I am a list maker ass well. Just an idea: Why not keep your list small then as you accomplish one thing go to another or break the big goal into small goals?

Webgrl :-) I love some of your answers.
Thank you for sharing.
