Time and Money

I am taking a cue from one my favorite fitness blogs http://www.starling-fitness.com/ and ask some questions.
1. What tips would you have to people who either can’t get to or can’t afford a weight loss support group on their own?
2. How do you keep yourself accountable if you’re not doing meetings?
3. What tips would you give someone who needs to maintain/lose or gain muscle but don’t have a lot of time?

2 Comments:
1. Many churches have exercise programs, and will pick people up and take them to the class.
2. Set goals and how you plan to attain them. Journal food and exercise and compare the two.
3. Take stairs instead of elevators. Park the farthest point in the parking lot at work. Use a couple of cans of soup to exercise the arms while fixing supper.
Walk, use a buddy system, keep a journal, run the stairs than use the elevator, push-ups (try to do one extra push up a week, by the end of the year you will be up 52 pushups than at the beginning).
