Do not weigh yourself every day unless you are trying to maintain weight and not lose weight. Weigh yourself once a week.

You do the same things for maintenance as you do for weight-loss, but you get more food. If you can't see yourself doing the program or diet after you lost all the weight then you're in trouble. Being at goal is not an excuse to stop working.
