What’s Your Favorite reality Shows? Birthdays and Body Fat

I like the Apprentice but don’t have basic cable. I have the first season on DVD. I used to watch the yahoo clips as well. What made Apprentice one work was that you were cheering for both the two winners to be the Apprentice.

I made lower cal cookies last night and my husband liked them. I made a winner.

Birthday:
I turn 32 next week. I have no idea if my husband will make dinner or will go out to eat.
Things I’d like to do next year. 1. Eat Vegemite. 2. Get my Sci-Fi novel accepted. 3. Self publish my free diet ebook. 4. Get the new version of Yourself! Fitness. 5. Get healthier. 6. Teach aerobics 7. Do one nice thing for my community. 8. Help some people in their journey to healthy eating. What will you be doing after your birthday.

On Body Fat
I am feeling much better since I gained 5 pounds and I look better too even though I had not gone two low in my BMI. I am now at the weight I felt most comfortable at 121 but my goal weight is 130. I am still scared of regaining all my weight back but I am still a bit scared. There was a great post on fat fighters how much body fat you should have in general http://www.fatfighterblogs.com/
This something I’ve been given conflicting and sometimes dangerous information about.
PS How is everyone’s fast food challenge going? Yesterday I had less of the bread and at 1/4th of the fries if that.

Hi iportion :)

You know I've noticed your blog on so many others' blogs that I just had to come and visit you for myself and I'm GLAD. HUG

I love your list of things that you want to do for yourself next year and I'm especially interested in number 8 so I'm adding you to my list of blog links.

I'm happy to hear that you are feeling better at the weight that you are at right now. Don't worry -you won't gain all your weight back - just believe in yourself. :)
Besides, all of the people who care about you and support you will do their best to help you stay committed with this. Consider me one of them now...

PS. I think it would be awesome to teach aerobics!

I use to eat vegemite when I was a kid. My best friend at the time came here from Australia, and they would always give it to me when I would spend the night.

to you!

I haven't watched TV in years so i actually have not seen any "reality" show but i hear about them all the time, and of course on the internet, i'll find bits about them, but i never know what they're talkin' about!

Hi Iportion, Thanks for the v&c. I can"t wait for your diet book, you have so much information to always pass on that helps. My best reality show was "Temptation Island" only on two different times long ago. Your commitment is uplifting and you're full of goals. Do you have any down time? Thank you for the tag, I have you and Chana as return visitors. I have to find three people. I don't know the rules but it was fun. I'm a list person anyway. Staying healthy is more important than keeping off every pound you lost. You know too much to make the mistakes you made before. Happy pre birthday. God Bless you. I wish I could eat the diet sugar substitutes it makes my tongue feel like it swells up and drys up my saliva. But your cookies made me hungry for some yum. I'm thinkoffthefat have to use anony.

Living to Fill Good
I am so jealous of you. I am thinking for Christmas asking for vegemite. It’s full of vitamins .
I jeep having opportunities that don’t work out but in the back of my mind I keep thinking “II want to be a full time mom and teach aerobics and allow the other mothers to bring their kids as well.”

I hope to have the ebook out some time next year. I need to find a good editor though.

Kleopatra I don’t have TV either anymore so everything must be on DVD or I can’t see it.

That would be awesome to allow moms to bring their kids along. I say go for it if you can!

I wish you a happy birthday.

It's so cool that you have written a book. Even if it doesn't get published, writting a book is such a big deal.

My favorite reality shows are

survivor and made

I use to like reality tv, but it's gotten to wild for my taste

Geez I haven't seen 121 since I had mono at 17!

As for reality shows I'm really not into them too much. Can't stand Survivor or American Idol (which the guys in my carpool love to talk about, I'm a lone woman in that carpool and yes we do talk fitness and diet too its kinda funny - Dave has lost weight and is big in Biggest Loser and he teaches taiboxing at the gym, Rob who will no longer be with us has lost a few lbs although didn't need to by running and playing hockey, soccer and racketball, and Ryan who has never been fat is into cycling, skiing, running and triathalons and has done a few ironman competitions).

Besides i don't have cable. But, this summer at my folks who do have cable i've watched X-Weighted on the Life Network. If you include Taking it off and You Are What you eat which feature a new person each week as reality tv then i watch those too this summer.
