The Fat Rebel

The Fat Rebel

People who “tell things like it is” often bagger people into be coming fat. Really, if you come from a house where people who are fat are made fun of that’s how you rebel. You become fat.

I am now going to be a health rebel where I treat people of all sizes with kindness and love.

My whole computer is dying a slow death and I am getting it replaced soon.
Didn’t get to complete My yourself! Fitness because of this but I attempted it and I did get a walk in later that day.
I will be doing something different. I will have a virtual computer inside my real one to run audio, video and games.

I can tell you that I was badgered my entire life by people I love, people with good intentions.
I love your Health Rebel idea, I second the notion!

Hi Iportion, Thanks for the v&c. And thanks for asking how I am doing. I don't get that too often from anyone who really cares about my weight. Funny how some support groups can lack the support system most of the time. You are so supportive in your blog and in your comments. I hate to cook anymore. And when I am hungry I feel the need to eat right away, so I grab whatever is the easiest and the quickest. How aout that cheese yogurt recipe? Bless you.

If you want something fast quick oatmeal cooks up real fast. While not as fast as instant it’s cheaper, filling and you can even bake with it. You need a large microwave bowl because it expands. You can flavor with a ½ a tbs of peanut butter and then add sugar substitute. It tastes like a peanut butter cookie or how about tabs of coco or 1/8th teaspoon of pumpkin spice with a teaspoon and a half of raisons.

Canned soups also cook up fast.
Baby carrots need no cooking.

cheese yogurt still tweaking it. My yogurt machine seems to be dying but we’ve got a food dehydrator that also makes yogurt.
