I decided to to do public service announcements like ABC today,

Did you know?
That calcium in orange juice is not soluble and the label on orange juice is just marketing.

Did you know?
Check the label some low carb foods are higher carb foods in smaller serving sizes.

Did you Know

I did know about reduced fat peanut butter! Did you know that full fat peanut butter has the same amount of calories as all natural peanut butter (just ground up nuts) and the all natural peanut butter just tastes better (well, that last part's just my opinion).

I didn't know about the orange juice or the low carb foods.

I did know that some people sweat more than others.

I scored 50%! Not bad, eh? :)

The sweat thing is true. I'm not a sweat-er unless I'm doing the treadclimber. When my husband and I go for walks, he sweats and I don't.

So here's the question: if both the reduced and regular peanut butter are both the same calories, is it better to have more fat or more sugar? I mean the fat is a good fat right, so would the regular be a better choice over the reduced fat? hmmmm.

Food challenge...Weird you brought that up. This week I gave up my diet soda. I debated the past two days about having one and then I just stuck with water. Not a real challenge I guess and I know I won't lose any weight doing that but it's a small change.

I heart any type of peanut butter. Though I stay away from low-fat foods (exception is yogurt) b/c they are so processed

I don't know but real fat peanutbutter just tastes better.

M theres a lot of low fat junkfood out there. I gained all of my weight back the first time I lost with low fat food. I now know overall caloeries consumed are the key.
Yogurt is a great low fat food.
