I never used LA weight Loss
I did ww and Deal a meal in the past. Deal a meal came with everything and never felt I had to buy more. I felt the same with WW when I wanted to buy a ww product I never felt sales pressure.

Those who did LA weight Loss and want more Bard and supplements
The food LA supplements were un-needed and could be replaced with luna bars. I don't know for sure heard the LA strawberry breakfast bar was very much like a Walgreen bar that cost $1 a box.
Walgreen had more sodium in them but other than that I read on line the ingredients were virtually identical.

I am waiting for my husband to come home so we can have are weekly date.

I exercised a little yesterday. It was only 5 minutes but it was a start. I was inspired by Sonya. http://goodbyebelly.blogspot.com who went to the gym/
I have small fitness gear at home. I don't want to go to the gym since kids aren't allowed.
Lately I have been in a little pain so exercise has been even sparser than usual. Add the binging on top of that and I have the making of gaining all my weight back. All the eating was rather fun though.
I am still withen my private goalrange but I want to lose maybe 4 pounds.

Life is good besides me treating is at a smorgasbord. I Entered a contestant to win a free vacation with my husband doubt I will win but I just had to enter. It is fun to dream isn’t it.
Today I will write what I eat. I will regain it all if I keep eating like this

Healthy Fat

I am still overeating but I bought a new food journal and a bag of candy kisses. Oh well small steps.
I am thinking of expanding this blog to other topics? What do you think?

Low Fat
I gained some of the weight I lost with WW. I've done best with combing whole foods with ww. There is not fat in a row of no fat fig cookies right? A whole angel food is low fat? Two cups of jelly Bellies are low fat?
I gained weight doing purely low fat after switching from deal a meal when I was 18 after I hit maintanance. Sometimes I feel like smacking myself. Deal a meal is fairly low carb but not to low carb.
I don't think Susan Powter s a fraud at all but her diet is a lot of exercise and a lot of whole food.
Susan's diet is low fat and whole food it would be no sour cream. Even low fat. She also advocates a lot of exercise. Some people can lose eating lots of carbs and some people can't. I tend to gain more when I cut oatmeal and apples out of my diet most likely because after a while I head to bad carbs. When I am eating pure I eat potatoes but not a tone of them. I weigh it cut it up and bake it like fries.
Some fat even body fat is good for you.

Nap time

I've been mega sleepy all day. Now, I have to go to bed I am wide awake.
I really need to start over. I know I like to be the one who supplies the tips but I could use some motivation. :-)
I am not depressed just don't feel like eating healthy at all.


I feel like being a splurge girl. I will wait for my big splurge till a few months. I want to do a real nice anniversary dinner. I am thinking gourmet with real truffle oil and grilled veggies.

three stitches

I am eating way too much
Very busy today I have a morning meeting and a well check
I've not been blogging much but have been treading articles online and hanging out with my family.
Saturday my husband had to get three stitches. I hate to see him in pain. "He was making super" I want to get him a butcher's glove.

I have to start over again. I think I will start over maybe a week from next Thursday.
I want to start my exercise rewards up again at least. It's harder to count points because I keep misplacing my food papers. I need to get a new food journal
